Unlock the profound connection between body, mind, heart, and soul through our unique Torah Yoga class, open to all members of the community this fall. Join us for a transformative 10-class series where the wisdom of Torah meets the ancient practice of yoga, guided by the experienced and insightful Diane Bloomfield.
The Sfat Emet, a revered Chassidic Rebbe, teaches that “The words of Torah are engraved in the body of a person…But they are hidden, and we need to find the light of Torah in all creation.” In this spirit, Torah Yoga integrates a 10-minute text study into each yoga session, allowing us to explore the divine teachings engraved within our bodies.
