Pardesnik Regional Ambassadors

Join us in creating vibrant kehillot (communities) of Pardesniks across North America. Together, we will continue our shared journey of Torah learning, spiritual growth, and community building, bringing the power of the Pardes Beit Midrash back to our cities.

We are looking for 2-3 Pardesniks in New York, Boston, and the San Francisco Bay Area who will work together to plan and execute local programs, foster community engagement, and serve as ambassadors for the Pardes mission. While we are primarily focusing on these three cities, we welcome applications from Pardesniks in other locales throughout North America.

What are Pardesnik Regional Ambassadors?

Through Pardesnik Regional Ambassadors, we aim to:

  • Establish hubs of Pardesniks in various locales.
  • Identify and empower key alumni as Pardes ambassadors.
  • Foster in-person learning and communal gatherings.

Ambassadors Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute local programs.
  • Collaborate as thought partners for alumni engagement initiatives in North America.
  • Participate in monthly calls including community building, Torah learning, program implementation coaching, and leadership development.

Ambassadors Requirements:

  •  Ambassadors must have completed the Year Program or Summer Program at Pardes within the last 10 years

Ambassadors Activities

Event Hosting:

  • Work with other local organizers to host events during the year, including:
    • Pardes Alumni + Friends Shabbat 
    • Social gatherings
    • Learning programs
    • Donor events

Monthly Meetings:

  • Virtual group meetings that may include:
    • Learning sessions with Pardes faculty
    • Community building activities
    • Program ideation and coaching
    • Skills development workshops
    • Discussions on donor events and prospective student identification
